Thanks for your interest in our journey so far!
We sold our house to a great young couple -- Grace and Anna wanted to trade the house for their dog! :)
After the amazing blessings God showered upon us in our final days living in Yakima we have continued to experience His favor in our travels. There was supposed to be incredibly bad weather through Wyoming and Colorado. Though it was very cold, here is a picture of some of the weather we ran in to!

Please note the McDonalds -- we are tired of McNuggets, McFries, McBurgers, and McPop, but the girls sure loved stopping at the Playlands! I think all road signs should indicate how far away the next McPlayland is!
The weather was so incredibly nice that we can only get blessed when we think about it. Thank you so much for praying for us on our journey. We know God was listening!
On the way we visited Rosie's parents and some great friends from Seattle that now minister in Colorado Springs. David and Julie Ragsdill let us stay at their gracious home for two days and their children, David-Timothy and Jonathan, had a great time with Grace and Anna:

Then it was back on the road again. It was so cold that the pop froze, and this is Dave trying to clean up after one of them tried to make a sticky mess all over the van!

The Rockies were very pretty!

And Western Kansas was too, in its own flat sort of way. :)

We were happy to get to Kansas City on the 16th!

We were welcomed by Daryl and Cisca Ireland and their little boy Alexander, who is a little older than Grace. Glynda Wesley also came by after providing a wonderful welcome gift of food and linens. We feel very welcome in our cozy Kansas City home!
And on the 17th we went to the store and began the process of settling in and regular nap schedules again!
